Who we are
iDesign4Solutions (“ID4S”, “we”) is an operations and systems consulting business based in Los Angeles, California. Questions about this policy: info@idesign4solutions.com.
What you send us
When you request a Free Operations Assessment, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number (optional), what you would most like to improve, and, if you used the Operations Diagnostic, your answers and results. We use them only to respond to you, schedule the assessment and follow up about it.
Form submissions are handled by Formspree (a form-processing service) and delivered to us by email. We do not sell your information.
Analytics and advertising measurement
This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads tags, and Cloudflare for hosting, security and performance measurement. These tools use cookies and similar identifiers to count visits, see which pages are used and measure whether our Google ads lead to requests. They receive technical information such as your browser, approximate location and the pages you view.
Enhanced conversions. When you submit the assessment form, we may send your email address and phone number to Google in hashed form (a one-way scrambled version that is not readable) so that Google can match the request to an ad interaction and measure ad performance. We do not use this data for any other purpose.
You can limit this measurement through your browser’s cookie settings, Google’s ad settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
How long we keep it
We keep assessment requests for as long as needed to respond to you and for ordinary business records, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it by emailing info@idesign4solutions.com. California residents have these rights under California law.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
